I got a new mini muffin pan and tart shaper from Pampered Chef, so I decided to try it out by making carrot cake bites. No recipe here, I just used Betty Crocker Carrot Cake Mix and Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Icing, Jake's favorite.
They were so cute and very yummy!
