Parmesan Oregano Crusted Chicken

Another very easy, very yummy dinner!

Shred about a cup of fresh parmesan cheese. (preferably from the weekly market down the street) Chop about a tablespoon of oregano. (preferably fresh off the plant on the balcony) Then brush a thin layer of mayo on the chicken, and sprinkle on the cheese/herb mixture. Then flip the chicken and repeat.

Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F, and flip the chicken about halfway through.
